The deliverable

Every event ends with evidence.

After each event, Alpha Command generates an automatic, zero-PHI after-action report with response-time percentiles — the documentation a risk manager actually needs, produced without anyone staying late to build it.

Illustrative layout — abstract sample, not real event data.

Why it matters

The record writes itself, because the event ran on the record.

The after-action report isn't a survey filled out from memory. It's assembled from what actually happened during the event — the closed dispatch loop, the attributed audit trail, the weather and alert context — so it's both automatic and true to the day.

Automatic

Generated when you close the event. No manual assembly, no forms to reconcile afterward.

Zero-PHI

Built from operational facts and pseudonymous tokens, so it's safe to share with venue and event stakeholders.

Measured, not estimated

Response-time percentiles come from the closed dispatch loop's real timestamps.

What's inside

The sections you receive.

Each report follows a consistent structure so stakeholders always know where to look — and so events can be compared to one another over a season.

Section names describe the report's structure; the sample figure is an illustrative layout, not a production export.

Volume and disposition of patient encounters across the event, at the operational level.

  3. 03

    Response-time percentiles

Distribution of response times drawn from the closed dispatch loop's timestamps.

  4. 04

    By care center

Activity and load broken out by each named care center on the command board.

  5. 05
